Management Plan

With our tailored management plan, we are able to maximize your returns and maintain your property's quality as well as its integrity. We follow all NC Landlord and Tenant Laws as well as NC Real Estate Commission Rules.

Straight Forward Management Fees

  • One time setup fee; $395 per property
  • 10% monthly monitoring fee (minimum of $75/month) while property is occupied + rent is collected
  • No lease-up or reletting fees
  • No fees paid while property is vacant
  • No upcharges on invoices
