In order to tour any of our available properties, please complete the Prescreening Questionnaire. Please note: we do not hold properties. Once you tour, apply, and are approved, we expect move in within 10-days. 

If you wish to secure the home ahead of those wanting to tour, please apply now! Applicants take priority and we work applications on a first come, first serve basis. Please send an email to [email protected] stating your name, phone, and which property you'd like to apply for. An application link will be emailed and texted to you. You may also find the application link below within the description of each property. 

  • 1 Monthly household income must be 3x the monthly rent.
  • 2 Background includes credit, criminal, and eviction records.
  • 3 Active bankruptcies - applicant, will be denied.
  • 4 Money owed to landlords or utilities - applicant will be denied.
  • 5 Depending on your credit profile, double security deposit may be required.
  • 6 Guarantors are not accepted.
  • 7 Renter's Insurance is required on all properties. Rogers Property Management must be listed as an additional insured.

Management must be advised in writing at the time of completing the application if any animal or pet will be in the home. Service animals or emotional support animals are only for those individuals who require additional support or services due to a disability. Management will provide the applicant with a request for an accommodation form. 

Once management has received the completed document, they will review it and either approve or deny the accommodation request. Our decision to allow pets or not is based on the individual property owner; restrictions may apply.
